Job Summary:

Genesis Public School is seeking an enthusiastic and well-organized English Language Facilitator cum Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. This individual will play a vital role in managing the front desk, providing excellent communication support, and facilitating the English language program. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks, and a passion for creating a positive school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• English Language Facilitation:
• Facilitate English-speaking activities, encourage communication in English, and support students in enhancing their language skills through practice and engagement.
• Front Desk Management:
• Greet and assist visitors, students, and staff with professionalism and courtesy.
• Answer phone calls, address inquiries, and provide accurate information.
• Manage appointments, schedules, and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain Discipline and Order:
• Ensure the smooth functioning of daily school operations by maintaining a disciplined and focused environment.
• Event Coordination:
• Assist in planning and organizing school events, programs, and activities.
• Effective Communication:
• Foster open communication between students, parents, and staff members.
• Draft and send out important notices, letters, and updates to parents or guardians.

Requirements:

• Education: Postgraduate degree in English (or related field).
• Skills:
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other basic administrative tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience: Previous experience in a similar role (school setting or administrative capacity) is desirable.
