V) ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strong understanding of the domestic banking landscape, with proven experience working closely with banks.
- Experience with International bank customers is advantageous.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a key account manager with various banks.
- Must have the ability to present and articulate the differentiated value of ISLs Banking Offerings.
- Minimum 15 years of experience selling technology services, preferably banking-related products and services including core banking solutions.
- Proficient in identifying key banking needs, proposing transformational solutions, and making strategic recommendations to customers.
- Thorough knowledge of working within the BFSI segment, staying updated on evolving banking technologies.
- Possess a well-established network of key senior executives at banks, and Proven ability to cultivate relationshipswith Csuite executives at client accounts.
- Proficiency in proposal development and technical presentations in collaboration with the Delivery teams.
- Analyze clients business, goals, strategies, industry trends, and directions to develop compelling value propositions for the client that result in a win.
- Grow pipeline through existing accounts as well as acquire new logos.
- Achieve Revenue, Margin targets agreed upon.
VI) EDUCATION :
- Graduate/Post-Graduate in Engineering; Post-Graduation in Business Administration is preferred.
