Key Responsibilities :

AI Model Development :

- Design, develop, and optimize AI solutions, including LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Graph-based RAG systems.

- Implement and fine-tune models for Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning (RL).

Prompt Engineering and AI Agents :

- Develop prompt optimization techniques to enhance LLM-based responses.

- Create autonomous AI agents that execute multi-step tasks with minimal human intervention.

Data Processing and Management :

- Collect, clean, preprocess, and manage datasets for AI model training and evaluation.

- Leverage vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus) and graph databases for efficient data retrieval.

Algorithm Selection and Optimization :

- Select appropriate ML algorithms based on business requirements, scalability, and real-time performance.

- Conduct hyperparameter tuning and performance optimization to maximize model accuracy.

Deployment and Integration :

- Deploy AI/ML models in production-grade environments ensuring scalability and reliability.

- Implement AI model monitoring pipelines to ensure consistency and continuous improvement.

Research and Development :

- Stay updated on AI advancements such as transformer architectures, diffusion models, and multi-modal AI.

- Experiment with emerging tools like LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs, and other AI frameworks.

Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing :

- Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to deliver impactful AI solutions.

- Document workflows, methodologies, and findings to promote internal knowledge sharing.

Required Qualifications : Education :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.

Experience :

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in AI/ML roles with a proven track record of developing and deploying AI-driven solutions.

Technical Proficiency :

- Proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Keras.

- Hands-on experience with LLMs, transformers, and generative AI tools.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and AI services like SageMaker, Vertex AI.

- Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate) and graph databases for AI-driven systems.

Analytical Expertise :

- Strong understanding of statistical methods, probabilistic models, and mathematical concepts.

- Ability to analyze and interpret data for model improvements and decision-making.

Soft Skills :

- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Hands-on experience with LangChain, Hugging Face Transformers, OpenAI APIs.
