Some better hike in my Salary. Expected 5 Days working as it was before Covid at Gencosys. Nothing more to dislike here dear :)

Friends, I am working in Gencosys last 11 months and I can say this was my right choice as I learned the several things and strategies which are not possible for any fresher in a MNC's as I have also worked 2 others companies for for a little time. I found very great and unique way of working with 99% of flexibility with your work. You guys must try once.

Nothing is more cons, except single thing which is less salary as compared to others but when you would like to learn great things doesn't matter I think. Thanks,

Well there is nothing as such to like about it.

I can't write all about it but it was my worst experience my health depleted and i burned out within 8 days of working for company. As an intern i was not given the opportunity to learn i was instead treated as n employee and even worse. Would never recommend to work. It is a true honest review don't fall in the trap of what you see outside.

Gencosys is a Great Company to work with you Passion. I love the culture of Gencosys and Management Team. They are more flexible as you can explore. I have learn lots at Gencosys like they have huge possibilities of different-2 work with different industries.

Hmm, We found nothing such. But feel one issue only if Gencosys can try to offer the new offices in some other metro cities like Hyderabad, Chennai or Kolkata.
