AI Engineer (5-6 yrs)

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly talented and passionate AI Engineer to join our cutting-edge team.

As an AI Engineer, you will be at the forefront of AI innovation, leading the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML solutions, with a particular focus on Generative AI, Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Small Language Models (SLMs).

You will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our AI-driven products and services.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of innovative AI/ML solutions, with expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, and SLMs.

- Drive AI-driven product innovation, ensuring the development of scalable and high-performing solutions that meet industry standards and business needs.

- Oversee the creation, validation, and optimization of AI models, ensuring robustness, efficiency, and ethical compliance.

- Implement best practices in data acquisition, preprocessing, and augmentation to maximize AI model performance.

- Develop and maintain machine learning pipelines and infrastructure.

- Leverage advanced Generative AI models (e., LLaMA, CrewAI) to build cutting-edge AI solutions.

- Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), hybrid RAG, and multimodal AI solutions to tackle complex business challenges.

- Guide the fine-tuning, quantization, and deployment of AI models, customizing them for specific use cases and optimizing for performance.

- Develop comprehensive AI strategies aligned with organizational goals and market trends.

- Collaborate closely with product management and engineering teams to define technical requirements, prioritize features, and deliver AI-powered products.

- Lead efforts to seamlessly integrate AI solutions with existing business systems and workflows to maximize their impact and value.

- Establish and manage strategic partnerships with academic institutions, AI research labs, and industry leaders to stay at the forefront of AI innovation.

- Actively engage with the broader AI ecosystem to foster collaborations, secure strategic partnerships, and attract top AI talent.

- Represent the company as a thought leader in AI by participating in industry forums, conferences, and events.

Qualifications :

Essential :

- Master's or Ph.in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions, with a focus on Generative AI, LLMs, and related technologies.

- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with deep learning frameworks (e., TensorFlow, PyTorch).

- Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI/ML services.

- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, model architectures, and training techniques.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
