The welcome culture is good. The resort teams are professional and are trained to handle all guests
The growth plan is not well defined. It lacks clarity on assigning KRA and systems are some what still controlled by individuals. If yo are hardworking you will remain overused and less paid. Also they wont accept your way of making the work simpler and efficient unless the world falls apart in front of management fpr them to realise.
