JOB DESCRIPTION
SR. INTERNATIONAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Candidates with Pharmaceutical knowledge are preferred
• Academically proficient with basic knowledge of Export
• Eager to learn and grow
• Knowledge of APIs (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients)
• Must be fluent in English
• Manage tight delivery deadlines and effectively resolving conflicts
• Quick learning ability & able to adapt with the changing policies
• Strong negotiation skills
• Committed employee

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Preparing quotation against requirement of customer
• Coordinating with the manufacturers for price, availability, and delivery schedule
• Timely order follow ups with clients, manufacturers and any other parties involved
• Ensure entries are created in CRM
• Preparing basic documents to share with clients
• Complete tasks in time and stay organized
• Preparation and maintain order of files for respective P.O
• Resolve client queries
• Should be able to manage single and combined orders
