We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-driven AI/ML Expert to join our team.

Key Responsibilities :

AI/ML Model Development & Optimization :

- Develop, deploy, and optimize AI/ML models, particularly in Generative AI and LLMs, to automate decision making and enhance content aggregation.

- Design, implement, and fine-tune open-source LLMs (such as Llama, GPT, Falcon) for specific business applications.

Generative AI & LLM Expertise :

- Lead initiatives around the application of Generative AI (GenAI), including prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).

- Provide technical leadership in building and deploying robust LLMs, ensuring they meet high-performance standards.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Communication :

- Collaborate closely with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to drive AI/ML initiatives.

- Document and communicate AI/ML workflows, model performance, and results effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

Cloud-Based AI Solutions :

- Leverage Azure OpenAI services and Azure Machine Learning services for developing and scaling AI solutions.

- Ensure the scalability and reliability of AI systems deployed in production environments.

Research & Continuous Learning :

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML, Generative AI, and LLM technologies.

- Continuously enhance model performance and introduce innovative solutions to complex problems.

Skills & Qualifications :

Technical Skills :

- Extensive experience with AI/ML technology, specifically Generative AI (GenAI) and Large Language Models (LLMs).

- Proficiency in deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face Transformers.

- Solid understanding of prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and fine-tuning open-source LLMs (Llama, GPT, Falcon).

- Expertise in Azure OpenAI services for developing production-level AI solutions.

- Experience with traditional ML/Computer Vision/Data Analytics/NLP domains is a plus.

Experience :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML model development, deployment, and optimization.

- 2+ years of experience specifically in Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, and deep learning frameworks.

- 2+ years of experience working with Azure OpenAI and Azure Machine Learning services.

- Strong understanding of statistical modeling, probability, and optimization techniques.

Education :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
