Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complex employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution.
• Advise and coach senior leaders on employee management, performance, and engagement.
• Develop and implement talent management strategies, including leadership development, succession planning, and workforce planning.
• Identify opportunities for employee development and create plans to nurture talent.
• Lead and support change management initiatives within the organization.
• Communicate changes effectively to employees and help manage transitions.
• Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Provide regular reports to senior leadership on HR initiatives and their impact on business performance.
• Guide on HR-related legal and regulatory matters..

Location: Kolkata, India

Key skills and experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Extensive experience in HR, with a minimum of [X] years in progressively responsible HR roles.
• Proven experience in a strategic HRBP or HR leadership role.
• Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in using HRIS and data analytics tools.

Working time:

• Able to work 24/7 shifts when required.
• Able to work during Indian Public Holidays as requested.
