Role & responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management:
Serve as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
Address customer inquiries, provide product details, and resolve concerns efficiently.
Sales Coordination & Support:
Assist the Sales & Marketing team in handling new and existing clients.
Follow up on leads, quotations, and order confirmations.
Maintain accurate customer records and performance reports.
Communication & Documentation:
Draft and send professional business emails, proposals, and follow-up messages.
Prepare presentations, reports, and sales-related documents.
Ensure timely responses to client requests and inquiries.
Market Research & Business Development:
Identify potential customers and new business opportunities.
Research and shortlist potential exhibitions beneficial for the companys brand visibility.
Assist in preparing for industry events, stalls, and exhibitions.
Operational Coordination:
Liaise with the production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing.
Track client performance and satisfaction, suggesting improvements where needed.
Monitor and analyze market trends to support sales strategies.
Take reporting of marketing personnel’s fieldwork to ensure alignment with sales objectives.
Coordinate with finance and accounts for invoicing and payment follow-ups.
Maintain an updated database of customer interactions, leads, and sales progress.
Support in the development of marketing materials and campaigns.
Assist in sales forecasting and analysis to optimize business strategy.
