Microservices Application Architect

Roles & Responsibilities

*Specific Responsibilities

• Microservices/Application Architect responsible for designing and implementing microservices based solutions and strategy, and the microservices adoption process within the organization
• Candidate must be able to lead and guide a team on developing solutions that fully integrateand collaborate with existing IT systems to solve complex business solutions.
• Candidate should have a holistic view of enterprise solutions, taking into consideration operational costs, security, performance engineering, application development, and systemsmanagement.

*Usual Responsibilities

• Experience in Java (Java 8) and above development
• Experience in working with build tools like Maven
• Knowledge of application development with Spring framework. (Spring BootWeb
  /Security/JPA)
• Experience in REST web service development using Spring
• Knowledge of security systems like OAuth 2 and SAML
• Hands on experience with RDBMS databases
• Strong knowledge on Microservice patterns
• Knowledge in Cloud Native and Dev Ops concepts and tools
• Experience with Microservice architecture and 12 factor application
• Familiarity with source code version control systems like Git
• Hands on experience with Docker and Docker Compose
• Experience in defining and documenting architecture, capturing and documenting for
  functional and non-functional (architectural) requirements, preparing estimates and defining
  technical solutions.
• Knowledge on Frontend Technologies like Angular, Reactive
• Knowledge on CI/CD pipelines
• Evaluate existing components and systems to determine integration requirements
• Monitor emerging technologies and plan for growth and adoption
• Manage the integration, analysis and assessment of plans and strategies across multiple
  projects
• Ensure that the final solutions meet organisational needs.

*Required Skills

• Master or bachelor degree in IT

• 10+ years of total professional IT experience and 5+ years of relevant experience in
Microservices based Architecture

• Experience in integration middleware tools and technologies will be a plus.

• You need to be of strong character and also a strong communicator.
