Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for PLM (Corella / Aras Innovator) support for Sourcing & Project Supply Chain operation on Engineering Change Requests Engineering Change Orders Transfer to SAP. This includes:
Develop your Technical Knowledge of the PLM & its interface with SAP (including SAP Material properties)
Interfacing with PLM Key Users and Product Owners
Participating in testing of Developments & new Functionalities release
Open & Follow up of Tickets to Support
Formalize Know-How / How to / FAQ and distribute to Users
- Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. Explains information develop skills to bring team members to consensus around topics within field. Conveys performance expectations and may handle sensitive issues
- May lead small projects related to Tools with low risks and resource requirements.
- Listen to users and propose improvements / Solutions / Trainings to improve our processes efficiency
- Extract data from various environments (Tableau / SAP / internal tools) to support reporting process
- Participate in data analysis (identify errors outlier data define filtersu2026)
- May create some reports / simple tools in Excel / Tableau / SmartSheet to support some Processes
- Open to discuss with other function to deliver improvement for the Company
Required Qualifications
Knowledge level is comparable to a bachelors degree from an accredited engineering university or college.
Curiosity in Tools
Support oriented mindset
Familiar with Corella use (if internal candidate)
Basic knowledge of SAP
Good knowledge of Excel
Basic knowledge of Smartsheet
Basic knowledge of Data analysis
Strong level in English to discuss daily with teams in Asia North & South America and Europe
This role requires basic experience in the Sourcing & Sourcing Initiatives.
