Job Description
Stakeholder Management
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand their data requirements and strategic objectives.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather business requirements and gain alignment.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project progress effectively.
- Ensure the MDM solution meets the needs of the business and end-users.
Project Management
- Develop and manage the project plan, timeline for the MDM initiative.
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor project progress, identify, and mitigate risks, and communicate status to stakeholders.
- Manage the project backlog, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Data Analysis and Design
- Analyze the current state of master data and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Define data matching and merging rules to ensure data quality and consistency.
- Design the master data hierarchy and relationships to support business processes.
- Develop data integration strategies to connect the MDM solution with downstream systems.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on the MDM architecture and solution design.
- Ensure the MDM solution is scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise data standards.
Governance and Change Management
- Develop and execute a change management plan to drive user adoption and acceptance.
- Provide training and support to end-users on the MDM solution and its capabilities.
- Monitor and continuously improve the MDM solution based on user feedback and evolving business needs.
Qualification:
- 10+ years of IT industry experience, preferably in the data space.
- 4+ years of experience in Data Architecture specifically Master Data Design.
- Proven experience in large-scale MDM systems.
- In-depth understanding of data governance and associated technologies.
- Understanding of enterprise data architecture principles.
- Excellent SQL querying skills for data analysis.
- Exposure to data science and AI is a plus.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication.
- Analytical and project management with a focus on simplification, automation, and digitization.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
