Production Engineer - Electrical

Key Responsibilities:

- Production Planning: Develop and implement production plans to meet customer requirements
and deadlines.

- Process Optimization: Analyze and improve production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce
costs, and maintain quality standards.

- Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet quality standards and specifications through
regular inspections and testing.

- Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and repair of production equipment to
minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.

- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure the availability of
materials and components needed for production.

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as R&D, Quality Assurance, and
Supply Chain, to coordinate and streamline production activities.

- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, including key
metrics and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

- Education: Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production engineering role, preferably in the
electrical manufacturing industry.
