Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage electrical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and
within budget.
- Develop and manage project budgets, prepare cost estimates, and monitor expenses to ensure
cost-effective project execution.
- Review and approve electrical design plans, specifications, and technical drawings to ensure
compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
- Liaise with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services and
resolve any issues that arise.
- Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure high standards of workmanship
and adherence to safety regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to junior engineers and project team members, fostering a
collaborative and productive work environment.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on project costing and
management.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project costing and budget management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical design plans and technical drawings.
- Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and applications
