Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing Planning

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with Zone's growth targets.
• Identify and segment target markets, focusing on Horoeka, QSR chains, coffee shops, and premium retail.

Brand Building and Awareness

• Strengthen Zones brand positioning as a premium beverage solutions provider.
• Plan and execute branding campaigns across digital, offline, and experiential platforms.
• Partner with design and creative teams to maintain consistency in visual identity and messaging.

Performance Marketing & Digital Channels

• Lead performance marketing initiatives across all digital platforms to drive lead generation and sales.
• Oversee paid campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms, ensuring optimized ROI.
• Analyze performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS) and continuously refine strategies for efficiency.
• Manage Zone's social media presence, creating and curating engaging content to enhance audience engagement.
• Oversee email marketing campaigns, website updates, and SEO/SEM efforts to improve digital footprint.

Product Marketing

• Develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches, emphasizing unique value propositions.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and gaps in the beverage solutions market.
• Collaborate with R&D to align product innovation with market demands.

Channel Marketing Support

• Partner with the sales team to create impactful distributor and channel partner marketing initiatives.
• Develop marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and training material for partners.

Events and Partnerships

• Plan and execute participation in industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
• Identify and collaborate with influencers or strategic partners to expand market reach.

Analytics and Reporting

• Track marketing performance metrics and provide actionable insights to the leadership team.
• Manage the marketing budget to ensure efficient use of resources.

Qualifications

• Education: MBA in Marketing or equivalent.
• Experience: 5+ years in FMCG, HoReCa, or beverage solutions marketing, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong understanding of B2B and B2C marketing dynamics in the food and beverage industry.
• Expertise in performance marketing, social media, and digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, Analytics).
• Proficient in SEO/SEM, website management, and email marketing tools.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and interpersonal skills.
