Tele-Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Tele-Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers via phone to present Go Earth Organic products and services.
• Qualify leads and identify potential customers.
• Build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
• Overcome objections and address customer concerns.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in excel.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Tele-Sales Representative, Inside Sales Representative, or similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong phone presence and active listening skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent;
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Conversational fluency in English is a must.
