Job Description


  • Creating your profile on CaseMine allows you to build your network with fellow lawyers and prospective clients. Once you create your profile, you will be able to:
    1. Claim the judgments where you have appeared by linking them directly to your profile and maintain a record of your body of work.
    2. Interact directly with CaseMine users looking for advocates in your area of specialization.
  • Creating a unique profile web page containing interviews, posts, articles, as well as the cases you have appeared in, greatly enhances your digital presence on search engines such Google and Bing, resulting in increased client interest.
  • The cases linked on your profile facilitate Casemines artificial intelligence engine in recommending you to potential clients who might be interested in availing your services for similar matters.
Legal Sales / B.D.E
The Corporate Relations Executive will be responsible for nurturing and managing relationships with clients, particularly those from legal backgrounds, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. This role demands exceptional interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of the legal industry, and the ability to effectively communicate and address client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development: Develop and nurture relationships with new clients to drive business growth and expand the companys market presence. Work with the sales team to identify and target potential opportunities, ensuring the alignment of client needs with company solutions.
Initiate and manage outreach strategies to build a strong client base, fostering long-term partnerships and maximizing revenue potential. Schedule and conduct meetings with clients to discuss their needs, present solutions, and address any concerns. Evaluate market trends and client feedback to refine approaches and enhance engagement strategies.
Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, focusing on those from the legal sector. Serve as the primary point of contact, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Client Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and clear understanding of our services and solutions.
Market Insight: Stay informed about industry trends and developments within the legal sector to better understand client needs and provide relevant insights.
Reporting & Feedback: Provide regular reports on client interactions, satisfaction levels, and feedback to senior management. Use this information to drive improvements in client service and engagement.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 0-1 years of experience in client relationship management, business development, or a related role. Prior experience in the legal sector is highly preferred.
Educational Background: A degree in Law or an MBA is preferred. Alternatively, significant experience in managing legal clients or in a related field will be considered.
