Role- City Head - Home Loans

Location - Chennai and Central Mumbai

Key Responsibilities-

A. Business Relationship Management:

1. Meet with developers and visit top projects.
2. Analyze performance data and supervise HL agents.
3. Maintain relationships with connectors and DSAs.

B. Business and Sales Execution:

1. Meet assigned revenue targets.
2. Review daily logins, productivity, and performance.

C. Systems and Process Management:

1. Manage all leads in the city.
2. Analyze online leads and call performance.
3. Allocate qualified leads to partners/DSA.

Preferred candidate profile-

1. MBA/Post Grad with 8+ years in sales and relationship management.
2. 4+ years in Home Loans with a leading bank, DSA, or real estate developer.
3. Proven record in maintaining key accounts and profitability.
4. Experience with Banks and NBFCs, holding long-term connections.
