Design and develop training courses, e-learning modules, instructor-led trainings and self-paced materials for SAP applications and modules on LMS Platform.
Create user guides, presentations, videos, and assessments tailored to different SAP modules (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP ABAP)
Work closely with SAP subject matter experts and business stakeholders to understand their training needs and ensure content is aligned with the latest SAP functionalities and best practices.
Collect feedback from trainees to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary.
Maintain organized records of all training materials, course completion reports, and feedback for future reference and audits.

Candidate Requirement:
Overall Experience:
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in training content development, preferably in the SAP ecosystem.
Strong experience with SAP applications and modules (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP MM, SAP SD)
Required Skills:
Ability to design training materials that are clear, concise, and user-friendly.
Knowledge of e-learning principles.
Skill on creating engaging and instructional content for diverse audiences.

Experience in delivering training sessions both in-person and virtually, as well as collaborating with global teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
Qualification:
Bachelor s degree required; master s degree preferred (in Education, Instructional Design, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field)
