Job Description
- Design and develop training courses, e-learning modules, instructor-led trainings and self-paced materials for SAP applications and modules on LMS Platform.
- Create user guides, presentations, videos, and assessments tailored to different SAP modules (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP ABAP)
- Work closely with SAP subject matter experts and business stakeholders to understand their training needs and ensure content is aligned with the latest SAP functionalities and best practices.
- Collect feedback from trainees to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary.
- Maintain organized records of all training materials, course completion reports, and feedback for future reference and audits.

- Develop and adapt training materials in multiple languages to support global teams and ensure consistency and accuracy across different regions.
Candidate Requirement:
Overall Experience:
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in training content development, preferably in the SAP ecosystem.
- Strong experience with SAP applications and modules (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP MM, SAP SD)
Required Skills:
- Ability to design training materials that are clear, concise, and user-friendly.
- Knowledge of e-learning principles.
- Skill on creating engaging and instructional content for diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to create engaging and instructional content for diverse audiences
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in delivering training sessions both in-person and virtually, as well as collaborating with global teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
Qualification:
- Bachelor s degree required; master s degree preferred (in Education, Instructional Design, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field)
