• Assist with the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
• Conduct initial interviews, and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure the best-fit candidates are selected.
• Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Prepare and maintain recruitment reports, and assist in the creation of job descriptions.
• Maintain HR-related databases and generate reports as required.
• Assist in compiling HR metrics and analytics to support decision-making.
• Keep all employee information up-to-date and secure in
• Support audits and compliance checks as necessary.
• Payroll support- Attendance, leave management
• Project team grievance handling
• Staff safety and welfare etc.
• Site related compliance and liasaning
