Responsible for target achievement of vehicle, insurance, accessories, Exchange etc.
To conduct Marketing events for lead generation
To ensure customer satisfaction during various stages of sales process.
To present his/her visiting card to customer at the time of first contact
Ensure complete entry of all sales enquiries in GMS
To keep his/her knowledge updated in Skoda product, competition and industry
Ensure proper need identification through probing
Give proper DEMO of the car to the customer as per SOP
Offer test drive to all customers and enter their feedback in DMS
To advise on all payment / finance options available at dealership
To make sure end to end process from selling to delivery of the vehicle
Be present during delivery and ensure customer satisfaction.
