Gap- Contractor Role -Reporting Analyst/ Data Analyst

Role & responsibilities:

Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Advanced Excel Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Excel macros, data analysis, and automation. This role involves working with various teams to validate data, prepare reports, and streamline processes.

Preferred candidate profile:

Excel (Macros/Shortcuts)

• Enable and manage complex data macros.

• Automate and improve reports for easy consumption by stakeholders.

MS Office Suite & Mail Automations

• Prepare presentations to Gap standards

• Update and automate slide decks.

• Handle ad hoc presentation requests.

• Create standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Prepare recurring slide decks.

• Automate group email processes.

Data Analysis

• Support data validation & audits.

• Identify and escalate issues in Agile metrics.

Smartsheet

• Prepare management reports & process flows leveraging the Smartsheet or equivalent tool.

Confluence

• Update site-level event pages.
