Designation: Customer Relationship Executive(CRE)- Female

Department : Marketing

Job Location:- Head Office- Sion (Mumbai)

Work Timings: - 9.00 am to 5:30 pm. ( Mon-Sat)

Experience - 0-3 years

Job Description:

• Conveying Customer Rewards/Loyalty Points, update on points, reminding the expiry of points etc.
• Convey services and be able to upsell promote products with category
• Update customer on new collections /products./campaigns/activities etc.
• Making daily/regular reports in excel and other MS Office as and when required

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi). Marathi or Gujarati language will be advantage
• Articulate, good diction and pronunciation is must
• Computer skills should be good. MS-Office knowledge is must.
• Knowledge of excel to make reports.
