Data Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our team at Ganesh Housing Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to independently conduct research, pull various reports, and suggest best practices based on data analysis. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and be proficient in creating presentations. This role requires intellectual curiosity and the ability to analyze all types of real estate data and reports, summarizing key insights for management.

Role & responsibilities

• Conduct thorough research by extracting and analyzing data from various sources such as reports, market updates, and government announcements.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in the real estate market, including reports from agencies and government policies.
• Prepare detailed summaries and reports based on real estate data and market updates for management.
• Work closely with various internal departments, ensuring collaboration and timely communication of data-driven insights.
• Suggest best practices and provide recommendations based on data analysis.
• Create and deliver presentations that communicate insights clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
• Maintain a proactive approach and be a team player with a go-getter attitude
• Research and analyze best practices in co-living and co-working spaces globally, focusing on India
• Study the hotel industry in India and prepare detailed reports on trends, challenges, and opportunities.
• Analyze and interpret bulk data and large reports to extract key insights for feasibility studies.
• Summarize reports published by IPCs (International Property Consultants) across all asset classes, including commercial, retail, residential, and industrial real estate.
• Study RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority) website data and prepare reports on regulations and updates relevant to the business.
• Prepare detailed reports on commercial, retail, residential, and industrial real estate markets, including trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Present data and findings in a clear, actionable format for the CEO and senior management to assist in decision-making processes.
• Collaborate closely with the President and head of the business to ensure data-driven strategies align with business goals.
• Prepare high-quality presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest real estate trends, reports, and government announcements to ensure Ganesh Housing remains competitive in the market.

• Knowledge of recent real estate market trends, government policies, and industry reports.
• Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across departments.
• A proactive and self-motivated approach to work with attention to detail.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Real Estate, Data Analytics, or related fields.
• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst in the real estate or related industry.
• Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to manage and interpret large datasets.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.) and presentation software (PowerPoint).
• Strong understanding of co-living, co-working, and hotel industry practices in India and abroad.
• Ability to read and summarize reports published by IPCs and other real estate industry sources.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong teamwork, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines.

Qualifications:
