Computer Operator

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Computer Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data in our systems. The ideal candidate should have strong typing skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Role & responsibilities

• Entering and maintaining data in computer systems
• Entering data into spreadsheets or other software applications
• Maintaining accurate records of company information
• Performing defined tasks as per company processes
• Making appropriate changes to any documentation, as and when needed.
• Contributing to team efforts.
• Monitoring and operating daily jobs that are determined by a system
• Generating reports and distributing to all those who are concerned.
• Verifying the accuracy and completeness of data entered
• Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.

Preferred candidate profile

• Typing speed and accuracy
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word
• Proficiency in spreadsheets, such as Microsoft Excel
• Data entry software experience
• Basic understanding of databases
