Structural Design Engineer

Job Description:

• Expertise with product Design & Development, Concept Design and hands on calculation of the design.
• 3D Design on solid works.
• Structural design / FEA Analysis on Staad pro mandatory / Solid works
• Coordination with design team/ vendors/client for structural analysis
• Conduct FMEA.
• Identify and select materials needed for production.
• Test prototype collect design data and validate.
• Obtain approval on Product Designed.
• Prepare Bill of Material and drawings for production.
• Work with production team to evaluate process.
• Required extremely strong ownership capabilities to handle complete design project & responsible to deliver results.
• Reverse Engineering.

Qualities required:

• Leadership quality and self-starter
• Working knowledge of Staad pro mandatory, AutoCAD (2D/3D), Solid Works, and ANSYS.
• Should able to read thoroughly Engineering Design & Related books.
• In depth knowledge of Metal Structure, Metal fabrication processes.
• Strong analytical & problem solving skill.
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Wiring knowledge of electrical will be added advantage.
