Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Assist in converting leads into successful deals by applying communication and closing techniques.
  • Understand client requirements, pitch suitable solutions, and support negotiations.
  • Support the sales team in preparing proposals, quotes, and pitches tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with the team to follow up with leads, manage the sales pipeline, and convert leads into successful sales.
  • Assist in maintaining client relationships by ensuring satisfaction and providing relevant updates.
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Stay updated on market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.


Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.
  • Basic understanding of sales techniques and the sales cycle.
  • Goal-oriented, with a desire to learn and achieve sales targets.
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Eligibility:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Interest in pursuing a career in sales or business development.
