Position Overview:

- We're seeking an experienced Marketing Art Director to lead the creative vision and execution of marketing assets for our top games.

- This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on leadership, ensuring our visual content captivates audiences and drives performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the UA/Marketing team to set art priorities.

- Direct a team of graphic and motion designers to create impactful video, static ads, and storefront assets.

- Research creative trends using tools like Facebook Ads Library and Sensor Tower.

- Provide constructive feedback to the art team to improve designs and processes.

- Mentor and guide artists, fostering growth and success within the team.

- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.

- Actively participate in team-building initiatives to strengthen collaboration.

Requirements:

- 10+ years of experience, with 3+ years in the gaming industry.

- Strong expertise in art direction and marketing production for mobile games.

- Proficient in tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Blender.

- Experience in character/environment design is a major asset.

- A passion for gaming and creating engaging content.

- Self-motivated with excellent communication, organizational, and team leadership skills.
