Key Responsibilities
- Net Sales Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analysis of the latest outlook for net sales, challenging regional submissions to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Sales Outlook Meetings Preparation: Support the preparation of sales LO (Latest Outlook) meetings, including the creation of detailed presentation decks.
- Mid-Range Plan (MRP) Analysis: Support the analysis of the Mid-Range Plan, including variance analysis against the previous year's plan, and assist in the submission process within PBCS.
- Data Collection and Quality Assurance: Collect financial data from the markets, ensuring high standards of data quality and integrity.
- Forecasting Support: Aid in the development and maintenance of short-term and long-term financial forecasts, providing recommendations based on analysis.
- Variance Analysis: Perform variance analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to management.
- Ad Hoc Analysis: Conduct ad hoc financial analysis as required to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within a corporate environment, ideally from a Cosmetic, Consumer Goods, or Pharma-related company.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, particularly MS excel.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multinational team environment and manage multiple priorities.
