Job Summary: The Piping Engineer (Execution) will oversee the piping activities for oil and gas projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards. This role involves managing the execution phase of piping works, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute piping construction activities as per project specifications and standards.
• Review piping design drawings, isometrics, and P&IDs for construction feasibility.
• Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of piping systems.
• Ensure that all piping activities comply with industry standards, safety norms, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with procurement and construction teams to ensure timely delivery of piping materials.
• Monitor and control project schedules related to piping execution.
• Address technical queries and provide solutions during the execution phase.
• Conduct inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with design specifications.
• Manage site contractors and workforce to ensure adherence to the project timeline.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, work permits, and inspection records.
• Assist in resolving any issues related to piping systems during the execution stage.
• Ensure proper installation and alignment of piping systems to meet operational requirements.
• Implement safety standards and ensure safe working practices during construction.

Key Skills:

• Strong knowledge of piping design, construction, and execution processes in oil and gas projects.
• Proficiency in reviewing P&IDs, isometrics, and other technical drawings.
• Experience in handling construction materials and ensuring quality control.
• Familiarity with industry standards (ASME, ANSI, API) and safety regulations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site.
• Proficient in project management tools and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Qualifications:

• Diploma Or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in piping execution within the oil and gas sector.
• Should have valid NDT Level - II Certificate.
• Experience in working with EPC projects will be an advantage.
• Diploma Mechanical ( 8 + Years), B.Tech Mechanical (4+ Years)
