Lead - React.JS

We are seeking a Lead React.js Developer with 4-8 years of experience to design, develop, and optimize highly responsive web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in React.js, a deep understanding of modern web technologies, and the ability to mentor and guide a team of developers.

• Collaborate with the product team to understand project requirements and goals.
• Participate in the design, development, and maintenance of scalable applications.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers and engineers.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and performance.
• Ensure code quality through proper reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices.

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience developing applications using React.js.
• Proficiency in popular React.js workflows such as Flux and Redux.
• Expertise in front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS, JavaScript (ES6), and TypeScript.
• Experience in service-oriented web applications (Spring MVC, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, JAX-WS).
• Strong understanding of browser rendering behavior and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with unit testing using JavaScript frameworks.
• Knowledge of object-oriented design principles, software design patterns, and Java coding practices.
• Exposure to AWS, Big Data/Hadoop, and NoSQL databases is a plus.
