Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Sales & Revenue Growth: Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and achieve revenue targets for Azure cloud solutions and services revenue.
  • Strategic Engagement with Microsoft: Collaborate with Microsoft sales and partner teams to Co-Sell and maximize joint opportunities.
  • Solution Selling: Work with the pre-sales team to position cloud migration, security, Data C AI, modernization services etc. that align with customer business needs.
  • Proposal & Contract Management: Lead end-to-end sales cycles, including RFPs, proposals, negotiations, and contract closures.
  • Enterprise Account Management: Develop and manage relationships with key enterprise customers to drive Azure adoption and cloud service revenue.
  • Customer Success & Retention: Ensure successful onboarding, engagement, and growth of enterprise customers to drive long-term relationships and renewals.
  • Market & Competitive Intelligence: Stay updated on cloud market trends, competitors, and Microsofts evolving product landscape.

Required skills & qualifications;

  • Experience in Enterprise Sales: 4+ years of experience in cloud sales or solution selling and enterprise account management.
  • Azure s Cloud Knowledge: Decent understanding of Microsoft Azure cloud services, infrastructure, migration, and managed services.
  • Consultative Selling Approach: Ability to understand customer pain points, map solutions, and drive business value conversations.
  • Proven Sales Track Record: Experience in meeting or exceeding revenue targets in enterprise sales.
  • Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills: Ability to engage with C-level executives, IT leaders, and technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelors degree in business, IT, or a related field.
