Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver comprehensive digital marketing training programs, covering topics such as SEO, SEM (including Google Ads), Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, Content Marketing, and Analytics
Tailor training programs to meet the specific needs and learning objectives of different audiences (beginners, intermediate, and advanced)
Utilize a variety of engaging training methods, including lectures, discussions, practical exercises, and case studies
Create high-quality training materials, such as presentations, handouts, and online modules
Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) for course delivery, content management, and learner progress tracking
Assess learner understanding through quizzes, assignments, and other methods
Stay current on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices and integrate them into training programs
Provide ongoing support to trainees after completing the program
Requirements
3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing roles with a proven track record of success
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and motivate learners
Teaching/Training experience (Preferred)
Proven ability to develop and deliver effective training programs
Possession of relevant certifications: Google Ads, Google Analytics, Social Media Marketing certification (a plus)
