Fybros - Product Manager (8-12 yrs)

- This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Manager located in Mumbai.

- The Product Manager will be responsible for tasks such as product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

Qualifications.

- 8 years of experience in Distribution sales of Switches products (minimum 6 years Switches along with 5-6 years in other fast moving electrical goods.

- Experience of a regional assignment is a must.

- However, experience of more than one region is desirable.

- Should have strong understanding, knowledge and experience of switches.

- Generating business plan for all India and execute it.

- Skilled in monitoring primary, secondary and tertiary sales.

- Evaluate marketing initiatives & achieve desired targets with overall responsibility of Return on Investment (ROI).

- Acumen to watch Switches market developments, competition, industry progress and incorporate/ propose the recommendations for the brand to remain competitive.

- Expertise in channel management.

- Responsible for credit control.

- Preparing Sales promotion plan and implementing it effectively.

- Strong commercial knowledge (Discount calculations; scheme calculations; outflow % calculation of schemes; per person productivity etc.

- DesirableUnderstanding of price water flow; Sourcing of products; Product roadmap and lifecycle.
