Operations- Labour Compliance

Act as the Point of Contact for the client to ensure smooth labour compliance delivery

• Responsible for team handling
• Ensure timely and accurately delivery of labour compliance activities related to establishment compliance (Shop Act, CLRA Act, apprenticeship act, payroll compliance & Trade License etc.)
• Ensure proper validation of inputs received from client for various register, returns, challan preparation etc.
• Ensure timely filing of returns/ preparation of challans as per applicable labour laws
• Timely display of abstracts and notices under applicable laws
• Handling various internal and external audits queries of clients
• Notice and inspection handling
• Obtaining registrations/ licenses under applicable labour laws
• Ensure regular vendor compliance audits is conducted
• Training to team members
• Brief knowledge of labour acts (shops and establishment act, minimum wage act, contract labour act, payment of wages act, maternity benefits act, apprenticeship act, payment of gratuity act, payment of bonus act, employee compensation act, employment exchange act, Equal remuneration act, POSH act, child labour act, profession tax act, Labour welfare act, ESIC, Employee Provident fund act , Person with Disabilities Act, Industrial dispute act, Industrial Employment standing order act)

• Strong knowledge of labour laws and regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
• Good in excel
• Result oriented
