You'll be responsible for building and optimizing high-impact landing pages, marketing funnels, and website structures that drive user engagement and business growth.

You'll collaborate closely with marketing, design, and data teams to continuously improve the user experience and conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities :

Web Development & Design (The Builder) :

- Develop high-performance, pixel-perfect websites and landing pages using Webflow.

- Ensure seamless UI/UX with intuitive, responsive, and accessible designs.

- Work on both front-end development and design, ensuring aesthetics meet functionality.

CMS & Content Management (The Organizer) :

- Manage Webflow CMS for dynamic content updates and scalability.

- Implement structured and SEO-optimized content layouts.

Performance & Optimization (The Growth Hacker) :

- Improve SEO, page speed, and mobile performance for better engagement.

- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness.

- Optimize web interactions for maximum lead generation and conversions.

Marketing & Tracking Integrations (The Data-Driven Mindset) :

- Set up and manage Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, tracking pixels, and automation tools.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize landing pages and A/B test designs.

Innovation & Problem-Solving (The Experimenter) :

- Continuously research, test, and implement new Webflow features and industry best practices.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance the website experience proactively.

What You Bring to the Table :

Experience & Skills :

- 2+ years experience in Webflow development and front-end design.

- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (Webflow expertise is a must).

- Experience with UI/UX design principles and responsive web development.

- Understanding of SEO best practices and performance optimization.

- Knowledge of Google Analytics, GTM, and marketing automation tools.

- Bonus : Experience with Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
