Webflow Developer - HTML/CSS (6-10 yrs)

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 6+ years of hands-on Webflow, Wordpress, or similar No/Low Code development experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Expertise in development, including CMS collections, animations, interactions, and custom code integrations.
• Strong technical acumen with knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Webflow API integrations.
• Experience in client communication and project growth, with a strong understanding of business objectives.
• Ability to ask the right questions, ensuring clarity and feasibility in client requirements and project execution.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex technical and project challenges.
• Proven experience leading development teams, mentoring junior developers, and enforcing best practices.
• Experience with SEO optimization, performance enhancements, and accessibility best practices in Webflow.
• Knowledge of third-party tool integrations such as Zapier and HubSpot is a plus.
• Exceptional leadership and ownership mindset, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
