- As an Associate Director/Director in the Energy practice at FutureBridge, you will be a strategic advisor to senior executives in Fortune 500-type organizations, addressing their research and insights needs to drive informed decision-making.
- You will be responsible for consulting projects in the Energy sector, leading client acquisition, retention, and business growth initiatives. Your work will contribute to the sustainable and profitable expansion of the practice.
- In this role, you will build and lead a high-performing team, developing a research-driven, thought leadership-focused approach that delivers actionable insights and a "wow" experience for our clients. Your deep understanding of industry trends, challenges, and innovations will help shape our service offerings and delivery models, ensuring continuous evolution in line with market needs.
- Additionally, you will play a key role in establishing FutureBridge's thought leadership by engaging in industry forums, publishing insights, and strengthening our brand positioning. While the role offers the agility of an entrepreneurial environment, you will also benefit from strong collaboration with our global research teams to deliver impactful client solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the business growth and sustainability.
- Build and execute a strategy to meet annual topline and bottom-line targets, in collaboration with the Vice President.
- Strategize and drive business development with or without the support from sales/BD colleagues
- Identify and execute initiatives that will enhance clients' engagement and deliver client satisfaction.
- Lead your team to leverage FutureBridge's marketing capabilities towards building a distinct brand and to target and generate interest from the right prospects, drive marketing outreach programs.
- Drive sales enablement (e.g. creation of "pitch decks" that showcase our expertise and capabilities in domain/technology area for a corporate audience) and targeting (e.g. identification of relevant market segments and their pain points which can be addressed.
- Facilitate key meetings with clients and prospects by clearly articulating FutureBridge's services and value proposition to the client and engaging them with thought leadership; initiate and develop industry / capability decks, white papers, thought papers, articles, case studies, etc. to support business development.
- Lead / hire / build / develop / train / mentor a team of Consultants and Research Specialists specialized in offering techno-commercial research & advisory services in the Energy domain.
- Set process and review mechanisms to ensure successful execution of programs and tasks ensuring company-defined quality and timeline standards; oversee strategic engagements / large RFPs / key accounts and deals.
- Drive and implement organizational / BU / Practice-level policies, initiatives, etc.
