Key Responsibilities:
Territory and Business Management : Independently manage new business inquiries in assigned territories or for brands. Achieve set targets. Drive conversions into sales, ensuring smooth and timely order execution.
Marketing & Market Expansion : Coordinate marketing activities, including managing overseas exhibitions and identifying new markets for business development.
Order Planning & Coordination : Develop monthly customer order plans, prioritize orders, and collaborate with Production teams to ensure timely fulfilment and delivery.
Customer & Distributor Relations : Build and maintain relationships with existing customers, expand distributor networks in new markets, and conduct regular field visits for direct engagement.
Market Intelligence & Compliance : Stay updated with market intelligence, global market trends, competitor analysis, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements in assigned territories.
B2B, Veterinary & Dental Market Growth : Focus on driving growth in B2B, Veterinary, and Dental markets by analyzing potential opportunities and developing strategic initiatives.
Partnership Development & Negotiations : Establish and maintain partnerships with international distributors. Negotiate contracts to optimize mutual benefits and drive long-term growth.
Trade Compliance & Operations : Stay informed on international trade laws and ensure compliance with payment terms, delivery terms, registration processes, and OEM business requirements.
Shipment & Payment Management : Oversee pre- and post-shipment tasks, ensuring a seamless process from order confirmation to delivery and payment receipt.
Availability : Be accessible via phone or email to respond promptly to business needs and willing to any task assigned by the reporting manager.
Key Requirements :
- Proven track record of managing international business operations in a similar capacity.
- Strong knowledge of international trade, export-import regulations, and global market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
