Position Title: Front Desk Executive
Job Description: A Front Desk Executive is a key administrative professional responsible for managing the front office and ensuring smooth daily operations. This role is crucial in creating a positive first impression for clients, visitors, and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Greeting and Assistance: o Welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments. o Answer and direct phone calls professionally.
2. Administrative Support: o Manage appointments, schedules, and meetings. o Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, couriers, etc.).
3. Customer Service: o Respond to inquiries and provide necessary information. o Handle complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
4. Office Management: o Maintain records, databases, and office supplies. o Ensure the reception area is organized and presentable.
5. Coordination: o Liaise with different departments for smooth office operations. o Support HR or administrative tasks as required.
