Role & responsibilities:
○ Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (social media, Google Ads, etc.).
○ Create tailored marketing plans for different platforms based on consumer preferences, demographics, and behavior.
○ Execute paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
○ Conduct detailed market research to understand target audiences, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
○ Analyze consumer behavior and trends to drive insights for campaign optimization.
○ Design platform-specific content and engagement strategies that resonate with the target audience.
○ Create customer personas and map out the customer journey to ensure content is tailored to each stage.
○ Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance across all digital channels.
○ Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success and identify areas for improvement.
○ Provide actionable insights and optimize campaigns based on data to maximize ROI.
○ Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, and sales) to ensure campaign consistency and alignment with broader marketing goals.
○ Prepare and present regular reports to leadership on campaign performance and growth metrics.
