Customer Experience Optimization: Optimize the customer experience through portal configurations and knowledge base design.
Workflow Automation: Create workflows using dashboards, reports, and automation.
Best Practices Implementation: Leverage Atlassian Community and resources to implement best practices.
Methodologies Understanding: Understand the concepts of Kanban, Agile, and SAFe methodologies.
