Job Description
In the role of Technology Architect, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including IAM platform support, Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design. You will play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts. You will also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Education Qualification:
- Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider three year of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education
- At least 10- 12 years of experience with Information Technology.
Knowledge and Skills:
- He/She should have experience & capabilities to lead the technical solutions for mid to large level IT programs.
- Good in Customer orientation by understanding the Requirement gathering and interpret nicely to the offshore team.
- Experience in designing, solutioning and architecting IAM solutions plus effective product vendor communication
- Experience in converting business requirement into technical specifications, excellent designing
- Should have good hands on experience with System Integration for Oracle Identity & Access Management solutions of Ping Identity products.
- Review the IT artifacts and guide the team in accordance to the industry best standards.
- Leads through thought leadership, responsible for providing strategic direction to the Project, business strategy and growth initiatives.
- Sets vision and provides strategic direction and thought leadership to the group in the Program/Project
- Maintains key the relationships with clients and interacts with clients for Project execution and new business initiatives.
Application Onboarding requirement gathering, solution architectural decision making :
Defining the locations and functions of different startup files.
Setting up logging into the administrative console with an LDAP data source.
Installation or upgrading the product license.
Configuration of native accounts in PingFederate or Role-Based Access Controls to manage administrative functionality.
Configuring email notifications.
Configuration archive creation and retention.
Managing SSL certificates, certificate authorities and certificate signing requests.
Configuring or manage LDAP and JDBC external data sources.
Configure Password Credential Validators or any of the following adapters:
HTML Form Adapter
HTTP Basic Adapter

Ping Developer
- The candidate should have 8-12 years of experience and expertise in Ping Identity products and technologies, including PingFederate, Ping Access, Ping Directory, and PingOne.
- Providing engineering support for client application teams, implementing new features, troubleshooting access issues, and ensuring the smooth integration of Ping SSO services.
- Provide engineering support for client application teams using Ping SSO services.
- Develop, onboard, and integrate services using Ping Identity products.
- Implement new and enhanced features in collaboration with application teams.
- Attend meetings with application teams to gather requirements and provide technical expertise.
- Troubleshoot and resolve access issues reported by end users and service providers.
- Connect application teams and gather necessary information for onboarding new apps.
- Work on lower and production environments to design, test, and troubleshoot application onboarding and access issues.
- Bachelors degree in computer science or related field.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Ping Identity Architect
- Assisting Practice leadership in planning and identifying channels for business development and expansion.
- Creation of proposals, estimation, business case preparation, and proposal presentations for security assessment requirements
- Liaison with partners and internal sales team for preparing large bids.
- Researching and conceptualizing solution approach for niche and new business requirements for which no ready solution exists.
- Internally evangelizing latest technology trends relevant to the Practice and understanding the competitive landscape.
- Interacting with prospects at multiple levels to understand business requirement and technology constraints. Clearly documenting business requirements in agreement with the prospects.
- Making technical pitches to prospects and partners
- Assisting in defining the marketing plan for the Practice and executing it jointly with the marketing department
- Working with marketing department to generate collaterals for the Practice service offerings, both for print and online channels. This involves providing technical inputs and validation.
- Making representation in conferences and seminars /Participating and contributing in cross practice initiatives
- Participating and actively contributing in solution design for CI / CD Pipeline integration, Devsecops etc.
- Actively contributing in planning and executing proof of concept implementation and demonstration.
- Responsible to build technical material to support sales activities (slide ware, solution brief, white papers, competitive analysis, etc.), design workshops.
- Development, Designing, Testing and Troubleshooting Applications onboarding and access issues SAML ,OIDC ,Auth0 , SSO service development, onboarding, service integration, PingFederate, Ping Access, Ping Directory, PingOne
- Responsible for activities that include incident management, troubleshooting issues in Ping Directory and PingOne MFA, enabling MFA for user profiles, modifying user profile attributes in Ping APIs.
- Profile deletion/cleanup for applications across the business, analyzing logs for user profiles in Kibana, Splunk, and PingOne.
- Overall monitoring and health checks on environments.
- Ticket triage and management.
- Proactively identifies degradations in service and makes decisions in responding to and solving incidents.
- Develop and implement comprehensive identity and access management strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Design, deploy, and manage IAM systems to ensure secure access control across various platforms and applications.
- Conduct regular assessments of existing IAM processes, systems, and controls to identify vulnerabilities or areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define access control requirements based on business needs while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
- Monitor user access rights and privileges to detect unauthorized activities or potential security breaches.
