Job Description
Identity and Access Management
- Manage on-premises SailPoint IdentityIQ installation (update, customize, develop, )
- Coordinate and develop the User Life Cycle process.
- Align with the business and define and implement business roles.
- Coordinate access requests with other IT teams.
- Incidents and troubleshooting.
- Evaluates process improvements in workflow and using best practice.
Privileged Access Management (PAM)
- Support evaluating a future PAM solution within Miba.
- Implement, and operate PAM (privileged access management) solutions.
- Manage the lifecycle of privileged accounts.
- Further development and rollout of the PAM system.
- Monitor and audit access rights to detect and prevent unauthorized access.

Professional Expertise
- Minimum 3 years of work experience (operations and development) into SailPoint IIQ.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in IT.
- SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer Certification or similar skills.
- Hands-on experience regrading privileged access management (PAM) tools.
- Deep understanding of IAM concepts including Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and role-based access control (RBAC).
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
- An understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance issues related to identity and access management.
- Experience implementing solutions in the following areas i.e., User provisioning, Role Based Access Control, Identity Governance / Entitlement review and certification, Privileged Access Management etc.
- Knowledge and good understanding on git and apache tomcat.
- Java coding skills.
