8. Should be ready for FTE conversion Mandatory skills* Strong UFT automation, Well versed in Framework optimization etc Desired skills* Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in automation QA testing, with a focus on UFT Scripting
Leadership: Proven experience leading QA teams and managing complex projects.
Tools: Proficiency in QA tools such as Jira
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Work Location* Chennai/Pune/HYD/Bangalore preferred Profile Numbers 1
