Job Roles - Trainee Associate/ Associate/ Sr. Associate

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Communication: Communicating with global clients via email, chat, and phone to address their needs and concerns.
2. Client Understanding: Understanding client requirements and delivering results within the expected time frame and quality standards.
3. Reporting: Sharing relevant reports with clients, team lead, and manager.
4. Performance Feedback: Collecting timely feedback from clients to assess and improve service quality.
5. Issue Resolution: Promptly addressing and resolving any escalated concerns.
6. Data Analysis: Analyzing data and taking appropriate actions to achieve desired goals.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

1. Education: A bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized institute/university with a good academic track record.
2. Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills.
3. Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), internet usage, and email writing.
