Human Resource Business Partner

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Partnership:
   
• Collaborate with business leaders to understand their objectives and provide HR support to achieve business goals.
• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to guide decision-making.
2. Talent Management:
   
• Support workforce planning and talent acquisition to meet the organization's current and future needs.
• Drive employee development programs, including training, coaching, and career planning.
• Partner with managers on performance management and succession planning.
3. Employee Engagement:
   
• Foster a culture of engagement by implementing initiatives that enhance employee morale and retention.
• Address employee concerns and grievances, ensuring resolution aligns with company policies and values.
4. Change Management:
   
• Lead and support organizational change initiatives, including restructuring, mergers, or system implementations.
• Act as a change champion to ensure smooth transitions.
5. Compliance and Policy Implementation:
   
• Ensure HR policies and practices comply with local labor laws and regulations.
• Educate managers and employees on HR policies, systems, and procedures.
6. Operational Excellence:
   
• Oversee day-to-day HR activities for the business unit, including onboarding, payroll support, and employee relations.
• Partner with HR centers of excellence (e.g., compensation, benefits, and learning teams) to deliver seamless HR services.
