AEM Functional Tester - Manual/Regression Testing (4-6 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scripts to validate software functionality.

- Conduct manual testing, including black-box, white-box, and integration testing.

- Identify, document, and track defects using a bug tracking system.

- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on quality and maintainability.

- Assist in the creation and maintenance of test environments and data.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest testing methodologies and tools.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 4-6 years of experience in software testing.

- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle SDLC and testing methodologies.

- Experience with various testing types, including functional, regression, integration, and system testing.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in using defect tracking tools Jira, Bugzilla.

- Experience with automation testing tools Selenium, Cucumber is a plus.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

- Experience working in an agile development environment is preferred.
