Position Summary :

We are currently seeking Highly skilled UX Designer with a strong background in enterprise-level dashboards and web applications.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in data visualization and product design within B2B environments. This role focuses on creating intuitive, data-driven user experiences that enhance business decision-making and operational efficiency.

Main Responsibilities :

- Design and optimize enterprise dashboards and web applications to deliver seamless user experiences.

- Develop intuitive data visualizations that translate complex datasets into actionable insights.

- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align UX strategies with business goals.

- Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterative design improvements.

- Ensure designs adhere to industry's best practices for B2B applications, avoiding consumer-focused design patterns.

Experience and Qualifications :

- 5-8 years of experience in UX Design with a focus on enterprise web applications.

- Strong expertise in data visualization and designing for highly complex, data-heavy environments.

- Proven experience in B2B product design enterprise software, SaaS platforms, and internal tools.

- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

- Strong understanding of usability, accessibility, and interaction design principles.

- Ability to communicate design rationale and advocate for user-centered solutions.
